NOTE- All NEW Families will need to pay a $25.00 Registration Fee to complete the registration process. Miss Sam will call with the mailing address to mail the payment once your submission is received.

Please ONLY register your child if you are ready to dedicate to classes.

Any registration payments mailed out are nonrefundable.

**NOTE- It is best to register from a computer. Registering from a phone or tablet can slow or not send submissions correctly. If Miss Sam doesn't contact you after 1 week of your submission please be sure to call!
